Warehouse / Dispatch Assistant

Job Description:
Assist in purchasing, shipping, handling, and receiving operations. Will work under close supervision and guidance from Service Manager to complete the required job functions and tasks.
Part Time Hours:
Monday - Friday
11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing
- Shipping / receiving
- Data entry
- Inventory management
- Maintain stock
- Staging parts
- General maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of warehouse
- Electronics refurbishing (phones, etc...)
- Schedule/Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and DMV renewals
- On-site deliveries
- Assist dispatcher with daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with shipping/receiving preferred
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
- MS Office Applications, Email, Word, Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Valid CA driver's license with a clean DMV record a must
Compensation: $12-15/hr, depending on experience
